Reported Concerns To receive reported concerns falling within the remit of the committee and to agree any actions arising. Minutes: The clerk gave an update on the responses received in regard to the letter sent to relevant authorities on the issues being faced at Barbican Terrace and Summerland Street. In response the committee has asked that the residents being invited to come to a Planning and Transportation meeting to discus the responses and next steps, along with the Town Clerk and the Chief Executive of North Devon Council. |
